The Shyft Group (SHYF) Announces COO Retirement

On April 26, 2023, The Shyft Group (NASDAQ: SHYF) entered into a letter agreement (the “Letter Agreement”) with Todd Heavin, the Company’s chief operating officer, approving the terms of his retirement effective as of July 31, 2023 (the “Retirement Date”) to ensure a smooth transition of his duties and to recognize Mr. Heavin’s contributions to the Company. Mr. Heavin will remain with the Company as chief operating officer through July 31, 2023.
