Tenon Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNON), a medical device company, announced it received notice from Nasdaq on July 17, 2026, that it had regained compliance with the exchange's minimum stockholders' equity listing requirement of $2.5 million.
The company's compliance was confirmed based on a Form 8-K filed July 10, 2026, which disclosed that Tenon had satisfied Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) following the completion of a $4.2 million public offering of common stock and warrants on July 1, 2026.
Nasdaq noted that if the company fails to demonstrate continued compliance when it files its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ending September 30, 2026, it may face delisting proceedings, which would be subject to appeal.
