TCTM Kids IT Education regains Nasdaq compliance
TCTM Kids IT Education Inc. (NASDAQ: VSA) has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement, according to a notification from the exchange dated July 7, 2025.
The company received written confirmation from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department that its American depositary shares maintained a closing bid price of $1.00 or higher for 19 consecutive business days from June 6 to July 3, 2025. This satisfies the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
VSA initially fell out of compliance on January 3, 2025, when its ADS closing bid price dropped below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days. The company has now resolved this issue and Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
The Beijing-based company describes itself as an emerging technology services firm specializing in biomedical applications, research and development, and online education. VSA states it focuses on AI-powered healthcare and biotech solutions.
