Strategy purchases 4,603 bitcoin

Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) sold 4,531,421 shares of its Class A Common Stock between August 24 and August 30, 2026, generating net proceeds of $602.8 million through its at-the-market offering program, according to a company statement.

The company used $369.7 million of those proceeds to purchase 4,603 bitcoin at an average price of $80,318 per coin, inclusive of fees and expenses. As of August 30, 2026, Strategy held 845,050 bitcoin in total, acquired at an aggregate cost of $63.73 billion and an average purchase price of $75,412 per coin.

An additional $151.8 million of the share sale proceeds went toward repurchasing 1,557,177 shares of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC) under its Digital Credit Securities Repurchase Program. Another $50.7 million funded dividends on STRC Stock, and $30.0 million was added to the company's USD Cash liquidity account.

No shares were sold during the period under Strategy's preferred stock ATM programs, which include STRF, STRC, STRK, and STRD. Remaining capacity across those programs totaled approximately $25.2 billion as of August 30, 2026, with MSTR Stock having $19.09 billion available for issuance.

As of August 30, Strategy reported a USD Reserve balance of $5.10 billion, designated to support preferred stock dividend payments and debt interest obligations. Its USD Cash balance stood at $1.61 billion. Both figures include proceeds from ATM sales not yet settled as of that date.

Under its Digital Credit Securities Repurchase Program, $364.8 million in repurchase capacity remained. A separate $1.0 billion repurchase program for MSTR Stock remained fully unused during the period.
