Strategy purchases 1,665 bitcoin

Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) disclosed its weekly at-the-market offering activity, bitcoin purchases, and share repurchase transactions for the period of September 21 to September 27, 2026, according to a company filing.

During the period, Strategy sold 1,469,165 shares of its Class A common stock (MSTR Stock), generating net proceeds of $246.2 million. Of those proceeds, $142.7 million was used to purchase bitcoin and $103.5 million was used to repurchase STRC Stock under its digital credit securities repurchase program.

The company purchased 1,665 bitcoin at an aggregate price of $142.7 million, or an average price of $85,681 per bitcoin. As of September 27, 2026, Strategy held 847,666 bitcoin in total, acquired at an aggregate cost of $63.95 billion and an average purchase price of $75,437 per bitcoin.

On the repurchase side, Strategy bought back 1,534,530 shares of STRC Stock for a total of $151.7 million during the period, funded through a combination of MSTR Stock sale proceeds and $48.1 million of USD Cash. Strategy also used $22.1 million of its USD Reserve to pay dividends on its preferred stock during the same period.

As of September 27, 2026, Strategy's USD Reserve stood at $5.02 billion and its USD Cash balance was $1.00 billion. Remaining capacity under its ATM programs included $18.84 billion for MSTR Stock, $17.51 billion for STRC Stock, $2.10 billion for STRK Stock, and $1.62 billion for STRF Stock. The company reported $723.5 million remaining under its digital credit securities repurchase program and $1.0 billion remaining under its MSTR Stock repurchase program.
