Stran secures three-year multimillion-dollar contract extension

Stran & Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWAG) announced it has signed a three-year, multimillion-dollar contract extension with a nonprofit running organization that hosts one of the world's largest marathons.

The Quincy, Massachusetts-based promotional products company will continue providing branded apparel and merchandise for the organization's annual marathon and other running events. The customer produces dozens of adult and youth races annually and attracts tens of thousands of participants to its flagship marathon.

The contract extension builds on an existing relationship between the companies. Stran will serve as a merchandise partner for the organization's events under the renewed agreement.

"This multi-year extension with a globally recognized running organization is a strong validation of our capabilities," said Andy Shape, Chief Executive Officer of Stran & Company. "Supporting a marquee marathon of this scale requires precision, reliability, and the ability to perform under demanding timelines."

The agreement is expected to provide recurring revenue for Stran, which specializes in promotional products and loyalty incentive programs. The company serves Fortune 500 companies across various industries for promotional marketing, sponsorship activation, and wellness campaigns.

Stran has operated in the promotional products industry for over 30 years, providing order processing, warehousing and fulfillment services to clients. The contract aligns with the company's strategy to expand long-term partnerships with organizations and high-profile events.
