Spartacus Metals holds AGM, all resolutions passed

Spartacus Metals Inc. (TSXV: SPAR) announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting, held September 3, 2026, in Vancouver, British Columbia, were passed by shareholders.

A total of 4,333,271 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 13.65% of the company's outstanding common shares. Shareholders approved all items of business, including the election of all director nominees and the appointment of the auditor.
