Sintx Technologies regains Nasdaq stockholders' equity compliance

SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SINT) announced it received written notification from Nasdaq confirming the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires companies listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market to maintain minimum stockholders' equity of $2.5 million.
The determination was based on SINTX's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, which reported stockholders' equity of approximately $4.83 million. Nasdaq confirmed that the previously disclosed deficiency matter is now closed.
"We are pleased to have resolved this matter and to have Nasdaq confirm our compliance with the minimum stockholders' equity requirement," said Eric K. Olson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SINTX Technologies.
The Salt Lake City, Utah-based company develops, manufactures, and commercializes silicon nitride biomaterials and medical technologies. Its product portfolio includes the FDA-cleared Sinaptic Foot & Ankle Implant System for reconstructive surgery.
