ServiceNow names Danielle Fontaine chief accounting officer

ServiceNow Inc. (NYSE: NOW) appointed Danielle Fontaine as chief accounting officer and corporate controller, effective February 17, 2026, according to a company statement.
Fontaine previously served as assistant controller at ServiceNow since September 2021. Before joining the company, she held technical accounting and corporate accounting positions at Alphabet Inc. from January 2017 to September 2021 and worked as an industry fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
From October 2007 to January 2017, Fontaine held controllership roles at Gap Inc. and began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University.
Kevin McBride, ServiceNow's former chief accounting officer, has been promoted to executive vice president of accounting and corporate services, assuming new responsibilities effective February 17, 2026.
Fontaine will receive an annual base salary of $420,000, with a target annual cash bonus opportunity of 40% of base salary. She will also receive a $1,250,000 restricted stock unit award that vests in equal quarterly installments over four years, subject to continued employment with the company.
