Saga Communications CEO takes indefinite medical leave

Saga Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: SGA) announced that Chief Executive Officer Christopher S. Forgy began a temporary medical leave of absence on February 13, 2026, requiring an indefinite recovery period.
The company stated that Forgy will remain available for consultation on significant matters during his recovery. The board has designated Wayne Leland, the company's Chief Operating Officer, and Samuel D. Bush, the company's Chief Financial Officer, to assist with Forgy's responsibilities until he returns from medical leave.
The information was disclosed in a company statement released February 13, 2026.
