Ruanyun Edai Technology establishes Saudi Arabia headquarters
Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RYET) announced the establishment of its regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia, according to a company press release. The AI-driven education technology company registered the entity as Soft Cloud Smart Technology Company, a limited liability company with commercial status in the kingdom.
The company expects approximately 10% revenue growth year-over-year for fiscal 2026 from $6.6 million in fiscal 2025. Management anticipates a significant portion of expected revenue will be weighted toward the second half of fiscal year 2026 due to delivery milestones and revenue recognition timing.
The Saudi headquarters will serve as a regional hub for the Middle East and North Africa markets. The company plans to focus on Chinese language learning programs, AI-powered learning platforms, and deployment of its Smart Exam proctoring solution in the region.
Ruanyun Edai Technology has set a target of deriving approximately 60% of its revenue from global markets by the end of 2027. The expansion is part of the company's planned transition to the Formind Group identity, which remains subject to shareholder approval and regulatory processes.
"The establishment of our Saudi RHQ marks a major milestone for the Company and a meaningful step in our transition toward Formind Group as a global strategy," said Maggie Fu, Chief Executive Officer.
The company specializes in intelligent content recognition, automated assessment and learning systems. Saudi Arabia's regional headquarters framework is designed to attract multinational operations with registered legal presence and local management requirements.
