Reticulate Micro, Inc. (OTCQB: RMXI) announced it has officially changed its name to RMX Industries, Inc. The St. Louis-based technology company specializes in data compression and video optimization software.

The company operates two primary platforms: VAST, which enables video streaming, and CRISP, which provides data compression capabilities. These platforms are designed to function across various infrastructure environments.

"Changing our name to RMX represents more than a shift in branding, it reflects the scale of our ambition," said Karl Kit, CEO of RMX. "The RMX name is bold, forward-looking, and aligned with our mission to deliver intelligent infrastructure solutions that perform where it matters most."

As part of the transition, the company launched a new website at www.rmx.io. The site provides information about RMX's technology platforms and strategic focus areas.

RMX's technology was originally developed for military applications. The company states its platform can reduce video bandwidth, storage requirements, and power consumption by up to 50% without affecting quality or functionality across network and hardware infrastructure.

The company is currently conducting a Regulation A offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC has qualified the offering statement for units consisting of one share of class A common stock and a warrant to purchase one share of class A common stock.
