Planet Green receives going concern audit qualification
Planet Green Holdings Corp. (NYSE American: PLAG) disclosed that its independent auditors issued a going concern qualification in the company's fiscal 2025 audit report, expressing substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue operations.
The audit report was included in Planet Green's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 31, 2026.
The company stated the announcement was made solely to comply with Sections 401(h) and 610(b) of the NYSE American Company Guide and does not represent any change to its previously filed annual report.
Planet Green Holdings, headquartered in Flushing, New York, is a Nevada holding company that operates through subsidiaries in mainland China and Canada. The company maintains a portfolio of businesses including consumer products, chemical products, and online advertising operations.
