Planet Green Holdings addresses unusual trading activity
Planet Green Holdings Corp. (NYSE American: PLAG) announced it became aware of unusual trading activity in its common stock on January 30, 2026. The company issued the statement pursuant to Section 401(d) of the NYSE Company Guide.
The company stated it has made inquiries but has been unable to determine whether corrective actions are appropriate at this time.
