Phunware sales head Jeremy Kidd departs

Phunware Inc. (NASDAQ: PHUN) announced that Jeremy Kidd separated from the company as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales on December 2, 2025, without cause.

The company does not plan to fill the Senior Vice President, Head of Sales position. Sales personnel who previously reported to Kidd will now report directly to the company's Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Under a separation and release agreement dated December 5, 2025, Kidd will receive $90,000 in severance payments. The package includes $75,000 representing three months of base salary, less applicable withholding, plus a supplemental payment of $15,000.

The separation agreement includes a general release of claims by Kidd. The company stated it thanks Kidd for his service and wishes him well in future endeavors.
