Singh has served as EVP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer since 2023 and has been with PG&E since 2000.

Carla Peterman will become President of PG&E Corporation and Executive Vice President of Customer & Corporate Affairs. Peterman has served as EVP of Corporate Affairs and Chief Sustainability Officer since joining PG&E in 2021.

Jason Glickman will become Executive Vice President of Strategy and Growth, leading a newly formed team focused on long-term strategic planning. Since joining PG&E in 2021, Glickman has held the position of Executive Vice President of Engineering, Planning & Strategy.

Additional appointments include Marlene Santos as Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President of Enterprise Transformation Office, Chris Patterson as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, Vincent Davis as Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, and Aaron Johnson as Senior Vice President of Local Customer & Community Engagement and Chief Sustainability Officer.

The company stated these changes do not increase the number of officers on the team. PG&E serves 16 million Californians across a 70,000-square-mile service area in Northern and Central California.

The utility reported zero major wildfires caused by PG&E equipment in the past three years and noted that residential electric rates have dropped three times since January 2024, with additional decreases expected in 2026.
