Onfolio Holdings resumes acquisitions after 18-month pause
Onfolio Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONFO) announced it is actively pursuing new acquisitions after an 18-month pause focused on reaching operational profitability and improving its capital structure.
The company, which operates cash-generative online businesses, reported an active acquisition pipeline with multiple conversations in progress. Onfolio noted increased seller interest in stock-based transaction structures, which the company said provides acquisition funding capacity not previously available.
"For 18 months, we focused on working on the existing portfolio and building more robust systems. That work is paying off, but it's time to return to acquisition-mode," said Dominic Wells, CEO of Onfolio.
The company has completed over a dozen acquisitions since its founding and operates profitable online businesses across marketing, education, and e-commerce sectors. Onfolio stated it continues to target businesses with meaningful free cash flow that would contribute to its path to self-funding.
The company intends to complete multiple acquisitions in 2026 and reach positive cash flow during that process. Its current financing facility, combined with the shift toward stock-based deal structures, enables the resumed acquisition activity.
Onfolio published the acquisition pipeline update on its website, providing details on its strategy and deal flow status. The information was disclosed in a press release statement issued by the company.
