OneStream announces CFO transition, promotes new president

OneStream Inc. (NASDAQ: OS) announced a chief financial officer transition plan and executive promotions effective early 2026, according to a company statement.
CFO Bill Koefoed will depart his role on December 31, 2025. John Kinzer, a OneStream board member and former CFO of HubSpot and Blackboard, will serve as interim CFO starting January 1, 2026, while the company searches for a permanent successor. Koefoed will remain as senior advisor through April 1, 2026.
The company promoted Scott Leshinski from executive vice president of AI and operational analytics to president, effective January 1, 2026. In his new role, Leshinski will oversee global sales, marketing, revenue operations and customer success. OneStream reported 60% year-over-year growth in AI bookings for the first nine months of 2025.
Pam McIntyre, currently senior vice president and corporate controller, was promoted to a newly created chief accounting officer position, also effective January 1, 2026. She will oversee corporate and regulatory accounting, tax and treasury matters, and financial reporting functions.
"John brings extensive knowledge of OneStream and our financials, having served as the Chair of the Board's Audit Committee since 2020," said CEO Tom Shea in the statement.
Kinzer will remain on OneStream's board but will cease serving on its audit and compensation committees. The Birmingham, Michigan-based company provides enterprise finance management software and serves over 1,700 customers, including 18% of the Fortune 500.
