One Bullion completes 1-for-10 share consolidation
One Bullion Ltd. (TSXV: OBUL) completed a share consolidation on the basis of one new common share for every 10 existing common shares. The gold exploration company approved the consolidation through a director resolution.
The consolidated shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on March 4, 2026, under the same symbol "OBUL." Shareholders must surrender existing share certificates to the company's registrar and transfer agent, Marrelli Trust Company, to receive new certificates representing their post-consolidation holdings.
In connection with the consolidation, SLD Capital Corp. will receive 200,000 common shares pursuant to a consulting agreement dated July 8, 2024. The shares are subject to a four-month and one-day statutory hold period and require TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The company also granted 1.1 million restricted share units to officers and directors.
One Bullion holds ownership of three mining areas in Botswana covering approximately 8,004 square kilometers across the Vumba, Kraaipan, and Maitengwe projects. The Toronto-based company was established in 2018.
