OSR Holdings renames itself OSR Health, keeps OSRH ticker
OSR Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSRH) has changed its corporate name to OSR Health, Inc., with the change taking effect June 11, 2026, following the filing of a Certificate of Amendment with the Delaware Secretary of State.
The company said the new name more directly reflects its focus on biotechnology, medical technology, life sciences, and wellness markets. The change affects only the legal and brand identity and does not alter stockholder rights, share structure, or other provisions of its governing documents. Shares continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "OSRH."
The company's operating subsidiaries, including OSR Holdings Co., Ltd. in Korea, are unaffected by the name change.
"Our new name finally says out loud what our team has been building every single day," said Peter Hwang, Chief Executive Officer. "OSR Health isn't a change in direction; rather, it's a clearer expression of the path we're on."
According to a press release, the rebrand coincides with activity across the company's portfolio. Subsidiary Vaximm AG recently signed a definitive out-licensing agreement for VXM01, an oral cancer immunotherapy, carrying up to $815 million in potential milestones. Another subsidiary, Woori IO, is developing a non-invasive glucose monitoring platform and has engaged with companies including Samsung.
OSR Health said it continues to evaluate strategic options including partnerships, subsidiary monetizations, and spin-offs.
