Nuvini Group Limited (NASDAQ: NVNI) announced that three senior executives purchased company shares on the open market during the second week of October using personal funds.
Chief Executive Officer Pierre Schurmann, Chief Financial Officer Luiz Busnello, and Chief Operating Officer Gustavo Usero conducted the transactions without company participation. The purchases were not related to option exercises or equity grants.
"Luiz, Gustavo, and I believe Nuvini is significantly undervalued relative to its long-term earnings potential," Schurmann stated. He indicated the executives plan to continue purchasing shares to increase their stake in the company.
Nuvini operates as an acquirer and operator of vertical market software-as-a-service businesses in Latin America. The company is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, and focuses on acquiring profitable SaaS businesses with recurring revenue and cash flow generation.
The announcement was made through a press release statement from the company.
