NextNRG Inc. (NASDAQ: NXXT) announced it has executed power purchase agreements for healthcare microgrids across assisted living and rehabilitation facilities. The company stated these agreements validate its infrastructure model for deployment in healthcare environments.

The agreements cover facilities requiring continuous uptime, regulatory compliance, and predictable energy costs. NextNRG's microgrids integrate on-site generation, energy storage, and control software designed to maintain operations during grid disruptions.

"These executed healthcare agreements validate our ability to deploy the same infrastructure model repeatedly within a mission-critical vertical," said Michael D. Farkas, Executive Chairman and CEO of NextNRG. "Healthcare environments demand proven performance, resilience, and long-term certainty, and our platform is built to scale."

The company's healthcare microgrids are designed for deployment across facilities with comparable load profiles and operational requirements. NextNRG stated the platform optimizes performance through intelligent control software.

NextNRG focuses on integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning into utility infrastructure, battery storage, wireless electric vehicle charging, renewable energy and mobile fuel delivery. The company operates what it describes as one of the nation's largest on-demand fueling fleets.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
