Neo-Concept International implements 8-to-1 share consolidation

Neo-Concept International Group Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: NCI) completed an 8-to-1 share consolidation that took effect at market open on May 19, 2026, according to a company statement.
The Hong Kong-based apparel services company's shareholders approved the consolidation at an extraordinary general meeting held May 8, 2026. Under the consolidation, every eight issued and unissued shares with a par value of $0.0003125 each were combined into one share with a par value of $0.0025 each.
The company's Class A ordinary shares continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "NCI" with a new CUSIP number of G6421C138. The board of directors had the authority to set the consolidation ratio anywhere from 3-to-1 to 400-to-1, ultimately selecting the 8-to-1 ratio.
Neo-Concept International operates as an apparel solution services provider, offering supply chain services including market trend analysis, product design, raw material sourcing, production control and logistics management for European and North American customers. The company also sells fashion products under its "Les100Ciels" brand through retail stores in the UK and UAE, as well as through e-commerce platforms.
