Nauticus Robotics (KITT) Appoints New General Counsel

Nauticus Robotics, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITT), a leading innovator in subsea robotics and software, announces that John Symington was appointed as General Counsel of the company on August 14, 2024. Nick Bigney recently announced his departure and the two are working together through the transition period.

Mr. Symington has over 20 years' experience in-house, including serving as General Counsel at Frank's International and Seadrill, complemented by 10 years in private practice. He has lived and worked in the US, the UK, Venezuela, and Brazil, and his industry experience includes oilfield services, maritime operations, manufacturing, and software. He has worked with management to lead growth and international expansion for two early-stage companies as first general counsel.
