Microbot Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: MBOT) stated that its operations in the United States and Israel remain unaffected by current geopolitical events in the Middle East. The medical device company reported that all personnel continue normal operations and its manufacturing partner remains fully functional.
The company's commercial focus centers on the U.S. market following recent FDA clearance of its LIBERTY Endovascular Robotic System. Operations are managed by a U.S.-based commercial team headquartered in Hingham, Massachusetts. Microbot Medical maintains sufficient inventory in the United States to support existing customers and is building additional stock through a U.S.-based third-party logistics partner.
The company plans a full market release of the LIBERTY System at the Society of Interventional Radiology annual meeting in April 2026. In preparation, Microbot Medical has hired additional sales representatives to expand coverage into new U.S. territories and appointed a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
LIBERTY is described as the only FDA-cleared, single-use, remotely operated robotic system for peripheral endovascular procedures. The system is designed for vascular navigation while reducing radiation exposure and physical strain. Microbot Medical began a limited market release of the LIBERTY system in late 2025.
The company stated it is monitoring the Middle East situation to ensure employee well-being and uninterrupted customer support. Information is based on a company press release statement.
