MicroCloud Hologram develops quantum transmission optimization tech
MicroCloud Hologram Inc. (NASDAQ: HOLO) announced it has developed quantum link efficiency optimization technology for quantum transmission applications, according to a company press release.
The Shenzhen-based technology service provider said the system combines quantum mechanics, information theory, and network science to create a quantum link architecture based on quantum entanglement and quantum teleportation. The technology uses quantum entanglement properties to maintain particle correlations across distances and employs quantum teleportation for information transmission without direct particle transfer.
The company developed a quantum ant colony algorithm for routing optimization. This algorithm uses quantum computing concepts, with qubits representing ant pheromones in superposition and entangled states. The system allows single ants to explore multiple paths simultaneously and enables pheromone cooperation between different ants for network topology optimization.
MicroCloud demonstrated the technology's application in quantum key distribution, where the system establishes quantum links between senders and receivers, selects optimal transmission paths, and ensures secure key delivery. The company also identified potential applications in quantum computing for information transmission between quantum chips and distributed processing tasks.
The holographic technology company said it plans continued investment in quantum technology research and will explore integration with artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain technologies. MicroCloud previously announced plans to invest over $400 million in quantum computing, quantum holography, Bitcoin-related blockchain development, and artificial intelligence sectors.
MicroCloud provides holographic technology services including LiDAR solutions, holographic imaging, and digital twin technology. The company maintains a holographic digital twin technology resource library using proprietary software and 3D capture technology.
