Lumexa Imaging chief legal officer resigns

Lumexa Imaging Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LMRI) announced that Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Julie Szeker submitted her resignation on January 12, 2026, with an effective date of March 13, 2026.

The company stated that Szeker's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices. Lumexa Imaging has initiated a process to identify a successor for the position.
