Linkhome Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LHAI), an AI-powered real estate and financial technology platform, announced that its board of directors has approved a strategic expansion into AI infrastructure, GPU cloud services, AI data center solutions, and enterprise AI solutions.

As part of the initiative, the company has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with an unidentified enterprise customer for AI infrastructure and GPU computing services. The potential contract value is up to $10.5 million over the anticipated service period, subject to the execution of definitive agreements and customary closing conditions.

The company plans to deliver services through OpenLink, a decentralized AI infrastructure platform it is developing that aggregates GPU resources from multiple infrastructure providers into a unified enterprise cloud platform. The company describes the model as capital-light, contrasting it with traditional operators that own and operate large GPU clusters.

Linkhome said it intends to continue operating and expanding its existing real estate and financial technology businesses alongside the new initiative.

"Our Board's approval of this strategic expansion reflects our commitment to positioning the Company to capitalize on the rapidly growing adoption of enterprise AI," said Bill Qin, Chief Executive Officer of Linkhome.

The company said it expects to continue evaluating additional commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships related to AI infrastructure and GPU cloud services. The information is based on a press release statement from the company.
