July 6, 2026 7:32 AM EDT

KIDZ AI Inc. (NASDAQ: KIDZ)(NASDAQ: KIDZW) announced it has won the 2026 EdTechX Award for the Americas and unveiled KIDZBot, an AI robotics learning platform, according to a company press release.

The company expects KIDZBot to begin its commercial rollout during the second half of 2026, initially through the KIDZ AI Learning Center Robotics Program, followed by broader integration into robotics classes, classroom curriculum, summer camps, after-school programs, and school partnerships.

KIDZBot is described as combining physical robotics hardware, coding tools, and AI-powered curriculum into a unified learning model. The platform is designed to support block-based visual coding for younger learners, with pathways into Python, Java, and C++.

The platform's features are expected to include modular robotics products, structured curriculum packages, and an AI-native learning layer connecting physical robotics with concepts such as memory, reasoning, and sensor-based feedback.

"KIDZBot is not just a product launch; it is part of our long-term Physical AI education roadmap," said Stephanie Luo, Chief Executive Officer of KIDZ AI. "By connecting robotics hardware, AI-powered curriculum, coding tools, learning data, memory, reasoning, prompts, tokens, and student project creation, we believe KIDZBot can become an important growth engine for KIDZ AI."

KIDZ AI, formerly known as Classover Holdings Inc., provides live online learning and AI-powered education solutions.
