Helium Evolution achieves first commercial helium sales
Helium Evolution Incorporated (TSXV: HEVI) delivered its first commercial load of helium from its processing facility in Saskatchewan's Mankota area, marking the company's transition from exploration to revenue generation.
The company holds a 20% working interest in the Soda Lake Facility, a joint project with North American Helium Incorporated. The facility processes 12 million standard cubic feet per day of raw gas and operates at designed capacity, with production supplied by three helium wells connected through a dedicated pipeline system.
"The first commercial sale of helium is a transformational event for HEVI, validating our strategy and confirming the potential of our Saskatchewan helium assets," said Jim Baker, Interim President and CEO.
The Calgary-based company expects steady production revenue from its working interest while pursuing additional development opportunities across its Saskatchewan land base.
Separately, Helium Evolution announced that Greg Robb resigned from the Board of Directors. The company thanked Robb for his service and wished him well in retirement.
Helium Evolution describes itself as holding the largest helium land rights position in North America among publicly-traded companies, with over five million acres under permit in southern Saskatchewan near proven helium discoveries.
