Global Interactive Technologies receives Nasdaq non-compliance notice
Global Interactive Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: GITS) announced it received a compliance delinquency notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market on August 20, 2026, after failing to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notice states the company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires the timely filing of all periodic reports with the SEC.
Under Nasdaq rules, the company has 60 calendar days from the date of the notice to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the plan, the company may receive an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-Q's original due date, extending the deadline to February 16, 2027.
The company said it expects to file the Form 10-Q promptly. Its common stock will continue to be listed and traded on Nasdaq during the 60-day grace period, provided the company remains in compliance with Nasdaq's other continued listing requirements.
Global Interactive Technologies is a Seoul-based digital media and technology company.
