Global Interactive Technologies receives Nasdaq delinquency notice
Global Interactive Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: GITS) received a delinquency compliance alert letter from Nasdaq on April 16, 2026, according to a company statement.
The notification came after the company failed to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This puts the company in violation of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of all required periodic reports.
Under Nasdaq rules, Global Interactive Technologies has 60 calendar days from the notification date to submit a plan to regain compliance with the listing requirements. The company stated it expects to file the Form 10-K promptly to address the compliance issue.
The company's common stock will continue trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market during the 60-day grace period, provided it maintains compliance with other continued listing requirements.
Global Interactive Technologies operates as a digital media and technology company focused on fan engagement through its multi-platform ecosystem, including Faning, a platform that connects K-pop and K-culture fans.
