GigaMedia Limited (NASDAQ: GIGM), a digital entertainment services provider, wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 26 June 2025, all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of AGM dated 27 May 2025 were duly passed.
