Genmab reports $14.35 billion in DARZALEX sales for 2025

Genmab A/S (NASDAQ: GMAB) announced that worldwide net sales of DARZALEX (daratumumab) totaled $14,351 million in 2025, according to the company's statement based on data from Johnson & Johnson.

The sales figures include both intravenous and subcutaneous formulations of the cancer treatment. Net sales reached $8,266 million in the United States and $6,085 million in international markets.

Genmab receives royalties on worldwide net sales of DARZALEX under an exclusive worldwide license agreement with Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Biotech subsidiary. Johnson & Johnson develops, manufactures and commercializes the daratumumab-based treatments.

The subcutaneous version is sold as DARZALEX FASPRO in the United States, which contains daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj.

Copenhagen-based Genmab is a biotechnology company focused on antibody medicines for cancer and other diseases. The company was established in 1999 and maintains operations across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
