Genius Group Limited (NYSE American: GNS) published a white paper and investor presentation outlining plans to grow its AGI Infinity Portfolio assets to $800 million and total company assets to $2 billion by 2030, according to a company statement.

The AI-powered education group held an investor call where Chief Executive Officer Roger James Hamilton and Board Director Suraj Naik detailed the company's five-year deployment roadmap and Phase 1 capital allocation strategy.

The company plans to deploy up to $800 million to its AGI Infinity Portfolio over five years, starting from up to $100 million in 2026. The strategy aims to maintain compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 by keeping securities holdings below 40% of total assets, with the remaining 60% allocated to corporate assets and Bitcoin treasury.

Phase 1 execution has commenced with a targeted $20 million initial investment in pre-IPO AI companies. The company disclosed it has already made investments in two funds, providing exposure to SpaceX, Anthropic, OpenAI and other private companies focused on AI economy growth as of June 3, 2026.

The white paper references market research estimating the addressable market for five converging sectors through 2030: AI ($4.4 trillion, McKinsey), compute infrastructure ($6.7 trillion, McKinsey), humanoid robotics ($5 trillion, Goldman Sachs/Morgan Stanley), space economy ($1.8 trillion, World Economic Forum), and semiconductors ($1.75 trillion, IDC).

Genius Group, based in Singapore, operates AI-powered education and acceleration solutions serving 6 million users across more than 100 countries through its digital marketplace platform.
