Galaxy Digital names new principal accounting officer

Galaxy Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: GLXY) appointed Dritan Muneka as its principal accounting officer (PAO) and Corporate Controller, effective September 30, 2026.

The appointment follows the resignation of Robert Rico, who notified the company on August 5, 2026, of his intention to step down as Chief Accounting Officer and PAO to pursue an outside opportunity.

Muneka, 40, has served as the company's Head of Accounting Policy since May 2022. Before joining Galaxy Digital, he held various positions at KPMG LLP, most recently as Managing Director, from November 2010 to April 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in international relations, both from Monash University, and is a certified public accountant.

According to the company's statement, there is no arrangement between Muneka and any other person related to his appointment, and no family relationships exist between Muneka and any of the company's directors or executive officers.
