GMEX Robotics Corporation (NASDAQ: GMEX) announced it is advancing development of its Intelligent Robot Chassis technology, designed to protect autonomous robots from damage caused by uneven surfaces, shocks, and vibrations during operation.

The company is pursuing intellectual property protection for the technology in Southeast Asia, China, Australia, and the United States as part of its broader technology strategy.

"This next-generation chassis represents another milestone in GMEX Robotics' ongoing commitment to advancing core robotics technologies," said Sam Lu, CEO of GMEX Robotics. "With our expanding technology portfolio spanning robotic control systems, perception algorithms, and electromechanical hardware, we continue to strengthen our ability to deploy resilient autonomous systems globally while creating long-term value for our shareholders."

The chassis incorporates multi-stage buffering systems, including primary and secondary buffer members, to minimize impact amplitude and reduce damage to sensors, actuators, and computing systems. The technology integrates three core components: Structural Health Monitoring, Active Vibration and Shock Isolation, and Thermal and Environmental Management.

Applications for the technology span multiple sectors, including high-risk inspection and public safety operations in disaster zones and nuclear sites, field robotics for agriculture and mining, medical and surgical support in hospitals, warehouse automation, and urban delivery robots.

GMEX Robotics, formerly known as Fitell Corporation, operates as a technology company focused on consumer health and advanced automation. The company is expanding from fitness equipment e-commerce to develop AI-driven robotic solutions.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
