Four Seasons Education regains NYSE compliance standards

Four Seasons Education (Cayman) Inc. (NYSE: FEDU) announced it received notification from the New York Stock Exchange on February 10, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with NYSE continued listing standards.
The China-based tourism and education service provider had previously fallen below compliance requirements for maintaining a minimum of 1,200 public stockholders on a continuous basis. The non-compliance was due to average monthly trading volume of less than 100,000 shares, according to Section 802.01A of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
The below compliance indicator will no longer be transmitted and the company will no longer be noted as being below continued listing standards on the NYSE's website. Four Seasons Education will be subject to a 12-month follow-up period during which the NYSE will review the company to ensure continued compliance with listing standards.
Four Seasons Education provides tourism and education-related services in China. The company's offerings include enrichment learning programs, school-based tutoring product solutions, teacher training programs, study camps and learning trips for students, and travel agency services for all age groups.
