Flanigan's Enterprises announces executive leadership changes

Flanigan's Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: BDL) announced several executive leadership changes, with most transitions taking effect January 8, 2026.

August H. Bucci will resign as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President on December 31, 2025, but will remain on the company's Board of Directors. Peter Bruce, currently Director of Operations, will succeed Bucci as Chief Operating Officer with an annual base salary of $272,000.

James G. Flanigan II will step down as President and Chairman of the Board on January 8, 2026, while continuing as Chief Executive Officer and Board member. His compensation will remain unchanged. Christopher O'Neil, currently Vice President of Package Operations, will become President with an annual base salary of $464,000.

Jeffrey D. Kastner will resign as Chief Financial Officer on January 8, 2026, but will assume new roles as Chief Legal Officer and Chairman of the Board. Kastner will continue as General Counsel and Secretary while maintaining his current compensation structure.

Allison Govoni, the company's Director of Accounting, will become Chief Financial Officer on January 8, 2026, with an annual base salary of $222,000. Govoni joined Flanigan's in 2007 and served as Corporate Controller from 2017 to 2024 before her current role.

Bruce joined the company in 2016 and worked as Supervisor of Operations from 2018 to 2022 before becoming Director of Operations in 2022.

The restaurant company stated that all salary arrangements will be reviewed periodically as part of its compensation review process.
