Figure Technology reports Q4 2025 operating data with marketplace growth

Figure Technology Solutions (NASDAQ: FIGR) reported preliminary operating data for December 2025 and the fourth quarter, showing growth across its blockchain-based lending platforms, according to a company statement.
Consumer loan marketplace volume reached $869 million in December 2025, representing a 2% increase from November and a 134% jump compared to December 2024. For the full fourth quarter, marketplace volume totaled $2.7 billion, up 10% from the third quarter and 131% year-over-year.
The company's YLDS stablecoin circulation grew to $328 million by December's end, marking a 198% month-over-month increase and up from $21 million in the third quarter. The YLDS product was not operational in December 2024.
Figure's Democratized Prime platform, which connects borrowers and lenders directly, showed significant expansion. Matched offers balance reached $206 million in December, up 442% from November and substantially higher than $1 million in December 2024. Borrower demand on the platform totaled $246 million, while available lender supply reached $213 million.
The data reflects preliminary estimates subject to completion of financial closing procedures. Final results may differ when reported in the company's SEC filings.
Figure operates a blockchain-native capital marketplace for loan origination and trading. The company and its partners have originated over $21 billion in home equity loans to date.
