Femto Technologies (BCAN) Regains Nasdaq Compliance
Femto Technologies Inc., formerly known as BYND Cannasoft Enterprises Inc. (Nasdaq: BCAN) ("Femto" or the "Company"), a leading innovator in the FemTech industry, today announced that it received confirmation from the Listings Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (the "Listings Qualifications Department") that the Company had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market ("Nasdaq"), and is now compliant with applicable listing standards for continued Nasdaq listing. To regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), the Company was required to maintain a minimum closing bid price for its Common Shares of $1.00 per share or more for at least 10 consecutive business days, which was achieved on September 10, 2024.
