EPSIUM Enterprise addresses unusual stock trading activity
EPSIUM Enterprise Limited (NASDAQ: EPSM), a Macau-based importer and wholesaler of premium alcoholic beverages, issued a statement addressing recent unusual trading activity in its shares.
The company said the trading volatility is not related to any changes in its business fundamentals, financial performance, or undisclosed material developments. EPSIUM stated its operations remain stable and supply chain and distribution channels continue to function normally.
The company confirmed it continues operating in the ordinary course of business, maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. EPSIUM said its financial outlook and long-term strategic objectives remain consistent with previous disclosures.
EPSIUM reminded investors to rely exclusively on information formally released through recognized stock exchange announcements, regulatory filings, and official communication channels. The company advised that information from unofficial or unverified sources should not be considered accurate.
Through its Macau operating entity Companhia de Comercio Luz Limitada, established in 2010, EPSIUM imports and sells premium beverages, primarily alcoholic beverages including Chinese liquor, French cognac, Scottish whiskey, fine wine, and Champagne. The company also sold small quantities of tea and fruit juice in 2022.
Chinese liquor sales represent the company's most significant operations, with EPSIUM describing itself as a top wholesaler of high-end Chinese liquor in Macau.
