ECD Automotive Design Inc. (NASDAQ: ECDA) announced the launch of its Luxury Agent Program, a new sales channel designed to expand market reach and increase production of its custom vehicle builds.
The program partners ECD with select U.S.-based luxury and exotic automotive advisors, including dealers and professionals serving high-net-worth clients and collector vehicle markets. These agents will introduce qualified clients to ECD's portfolio of classic and modern vehicles, including Land Rover Defenders, Range Rovers, Jaguar E-Types, Ford Mustangs, and Toyota FJs.
Under the program structure, luxury agents will identify potential customers while ECD's in-house design team manages the customization process and client experience through delivery. Agents will receive commission on the base vehicle price for each completed build.
"As we expand our product lineup and focus on increasing factory utilization, broadening our sales reach is a natural next step," said Scott Wallace, CEO and Co-Founder of ECD. "The Luxury Agent Program enables us to partner with trusted advisors serving the luxury automobile market to drive incremental demand across our portfolio."
ECD has onboarded and trained its first luxury agent and expects to continue expanding the network throughout 2026. The company stated early market response to the program has been positive.
The program builds on ECD's December 26, 2025 announcement of expanded product offerings, which included additional heritage and modern vehicle platforms and enhanced engineering capabilities.
ECD operates from a 100,000-square-foot facility in Kissimmee, Florida, employing 98 staff members including 67 craftsmen and technicians. The company was founded in 2013 and specializes in restoring luxury vehicles that combine classic design with modern performance.
