Doncasters completes $325M debt refinancing after IPO

September 8, 2026 8:01 AM EDT

DPC Holdings (NYSE: DPC), the parent company of Doncasters, has completed a debt refinancing that replaces its pre-IPO financing facilities, according to a press release from the company.

The refinancing includes a $325 million unsecured senior revolving credit facility with multi-currency borrowing capability, arranged with a syndicate of six banks. The facility runs for three years to September 2029 and can be extended by an additional two years at Doncasters' discretion. It also includes uncommitted accordion capacity of up to $150 million.

The new facility, combined with proceeds from the company's IPO completed on June 26, 2026, replaces Doncasters' existing debt arrangements. The company said the refinancing is expected to reduce annual interest expenses, increase liquidity, and extend debt maturities.

Chief Financial Officer David Egan said: "The transaction simplifies our capital structure, reduces our interest commitments and is expected to provide us with enhanced financial flexibility to execute our growth strategy while maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation."

Doncasters manufactures precision cast components and superalloys, primarily for aerospace and industrial gas turbine markets. The company operates 14 manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia.
