Dollar General Corp. (NYSE: DG) announced the expansion of its myDG Delivery service, which now operates from more than 17,000 stores through the company's mobile app and website.
The retailer is offering free delivery on one myDG Delivery order for customers using their myDG account from January 20 through February 28, 2026. Customers can pay an additional $1 fee to expedite orders to one hour or less.
"myDG Delivery is helping bridge the digital gap by extending same-day delivery to rural communities nationwide," said Lydia Thacher, vice president of digital commerce at Dollar General.
The company operates partnerships with DoorDash, serving more than 18,000 Dollar General stores, and Uber Eats, available from over 17,000 stores. Dollar General states that approximately 75% of the U.S. population lives within five miles of one of its stores.
The expansion supports Dollar General's digital strategy, which includes the DG Media Network. The company reports more than 7 million monthly active users on its app and access to more than 90 million addressable shopper profiles.
As of October 31, 2025, Dollar General operated 20,901 stores across the United States under various banners including Dollar General, DG Market, DGX and pOpshelf, plus Mi Súper Dollar General stores in Mexico.
The information is based on a company press release.
