Diginex regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance
Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX) announced it received written notification from Nasdaq on July 28, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), the minimum bid price requirement.
According to a press release, Nasdaq had notified Diginex on March 23, 2026, that the closing bid price of its ordinary shares had fallen below the required $1.00 per share minimum for 30 consecutive business days. The company was given 180 calendar days, until September 21, 2026, to restore compliance.
Nasdaq confirmed that Diginex maintained a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for 20 consecutive business days, from June 29, 2026, through July 27, 2026, satisfying the requirement ahead of the deadline.
