DDC Enterprise Limited (NYSE American: DDC) purchased 131 bitcoin, expanding its corporate bitcoin treasury to 2,714 bitcoin, according to a company statement. The acquisition represents the company's second bitcoin purchase within seven days, following a 200 bitcoin purchase on May 21.
The two transactions added 331 bitcoin and increased the company's bitcoin holdings by approximately 13.9% without issuing new common shares. Bitcoin per 1,000 DDC shares rose 5.1% to 0.057053.
DDC reported an average cost per bitcoin of $79,135 and a year-to-date bitcoin yield of 43.5%. The company stated it ranks among the top 30 publicly traded corporate bitcoin holders worldwide.
"Discipline in a Bitcoin treasury is proven through repetition," said Norma Chu, founder, chairwoman, and chief executive officer of DDC Enterprise. "Today's purchase puts capital we previously raised to work, without printing a single new share to do it."
The company said it plans to continue building its bitcoin treasury by deploying capital in measured increments rather than committing at any single price point. DDC operates as a global Asian food platform and digital asset treasury company.
DDC reported $39.2 million in fiscal year 2025 revenue with positive adjusted EBITDA for the first time, according to the statement.
