Coursera designates CFO as principal accounting officer

Coursera Inc. (NYSE: COUR) announced that its board of directors designated Michael Foley as the company's principal accounting officer, effective January 3, 2026.
Foley currently serves as senior vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and principal financial officer at the online education platform company. The board made the designation on January 2, 2026.
The company stated that Foley will not receive additional compensation for this new role designation.
