CosmoFarm posts record Q2 2026 revenue above $15M
Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CosmoFarm S.A., reported revenue of more than $15 million in the second quarter of 2026, representing an annualized run-rate of over $60 million, according to a press release from the company.
CosmoFarm added more than 80 new pharmacies to its distribution network during the quarter. The subsidiary operates as a pharmaceutical wholesaler in the greater Athens area.
Cosmos Health said it is increasing capital expenditure at CosmoFarm, with investments directed toward robotic automation and artificial intelligence systems covering procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The company is also expanding CosmoFarm's physical facility to accommodate higher volumes.
The new investments build on existing automated infrastructure at the facility, including ROWA and SSI Schäfer A-frame robotic systems.
