Clean Energy Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: CETY) announced it has regained full compliance with Nasdaq Capital Market's minimum bid price requirement. The company received confirmation from Nasdaq on October 20, 2025, that its common stock maintained a closing bid price of $1.00 or higher for ten consecutive trading days from October 6 through October 17, 2025.

The compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) means the matter is now closed and CETY remains in good standing with the Nasdaq Capital Market. The Irvine, California-based company develops clean energy solutions including waste-to-energy, power generation, storage, and heat-to-power technologies.

"This marks a key milestone for CETY and our shareholders," said Kam Mahdi, Chief Executive Officer. "Regaining compliance reflects our sustained operational progress, financial discipline, and the confidence investors have placed in our clean-energy vision."

The company noted the milestone coincides with advancement of strategic initiatives, including expansion of its renewable gas project in Vermont and deployment of power generation and storage systems. Clean Energy Technologies operates in North America, Europe, and Asia, offering waste heat recovery solutions and waste-to-energy systems that convert manufacturing and agricultural waste products into electricity.

The company's principal products include its patented Clean Cycle generator for waste heat recovery and systems for converting waste from manufacturing, agriculture, and wastewater treatment plants into electricity and biochar. Clean Energy Technologies also provides engineering, consulting and project management services for municipal and industrial customers.
